I'm a patient. Where are my script repeats and how can I get them?

It's important to understand that Scripts by honahlee is simply a platform that connects patients and pharmacies. We do not have access to any of your repeats. 

If you placed an order on Scripts by honahlee with a specific pharmacy, they dispensed your medication, but you did not receive a text or an email with your repeat token, you will need to go back to that same pharmacy to request they send you your repeats. 

You can either call the pharmacy directly, email them, or use the pharmacy chat connected to your order to request the repeats be resent to you.
