When it comes to requesting an order cancellation, this MUST be done via the pharmacy chat connected to your order.
It's important that the pharmacy you've ordered with is aware that you are requesting a cancellation. They will then tag the Scripts by honahlee team in the pharmacy chat, and ensure we get to the order and get it cancelled for you.
If you're unsure how to find the pharmacy chat connected to your order, simply navigate to the last email you received regarding your order. In that email, you will find a link directing you to the pharmacy chat, where you can then request an order cancellation.
Many patients try to email the generic support email address for Scripts, however, as we are managing a huge volume of enquiries, it's likely that your order cancellation request (if sent to our email inbox) will take a few days to be dealt with.
Requesting cancellations via the pharmacy chat, however, ensure that your order is cancelled and any necessary refund is actioned within 12 business hours at the latest.
