This is why we created the pharmacy chat function. To allow you to easily communicate with your pharmacy regarding your order. If you're unsure where to find this, navigate to the email you received when you first placed your order. In this email, you will find a link to the pharmacy chat.
Emailing the scripts@honahlee.com.au inbox about your order issue will send your request to our generic email inbox, and will most likely result in a longer wait for your request to be actioned.
The fastest way to sort out any issue you're having with your order is via the pharmacy chat.
There are only a few circumstances where the Scripts by honahlee team will need to assist the pharmacy.
1. Your order needs to be cancelled
2. You require a refund
If you require either of these outcomes for your order, you must request this from the pharmacy in the chat function of your order. The pharmacy will then reach out to the Scripts by honahlee team in the chat, and get them to action the request.
If you and/or the pharmacy has already requested the support of the Scripts by honahlee team in the chat function, please allow us some time to review the request and get everything sorted. We are a small team, and are managing a high volume of orders, so addressing all order requests can take some time. Rest assured, if the pharmacy has been notified, we will be in to assist shortly.
