At present, we don't have the ability to manually change a delivery order to a pick-up order (or visa versa) in the system.
However, you can:
1) Add an additional shipping fee to an order that was originally placed for an in-store pickup, and then ship the order out to the customer
2) Refund a shipping fee for a customer who initially ordered for delivery, but now wants to collect their medication in person.
In situation 1), you would Edit the order, Add a product, and under Product brand you would select Pharmacy Accessories. Under Product name, you would select Shipping fee. You would then add this as a product to the order, and a payment link will be sent to the patient (if they have already paid) to settle the difference in price. If the patient has not yet paid for their order, this Shipping fee will be added to the total cost of their order. Once the order has been paid, you would continue processing the order as a normal in-store pickup order, however you would send the patient the tracking number in the pharmacy chat, and let them know that the medication has been shipped.
In situation 2), you would Edit the order and remove the Shipping fee from the order. If you do not have the appropriate permissions to edit the order like this, simply tag us in the chat by typing @honahlee and request for us to refund the Shipping fee. Then you can process the order as you would a normal delivery order, and instead of including a tracking code, you would communicate to the patient via the chat that the order is ready for collection.
