How do I process a paper script for a patient?

Scripts by honahlee pharmacies should not accept paper prescriptions through the Scripts by honahlee system. It's quite difficult for a patient to upload a paper prescription and it typically only happens via an image upload.

If this does happen and you're comfortable dispensing the prescription, you'll need to call the patient to confirm that they have the original copy in their possession. You can ask them to come in to pick up the product and provide you with the paper prescription. After this initial dispense, please only take orders from this patient via a paper script directly and not through the Scripts by honahlee platform.
