If a patient has reached their monthly limit, we expect all pharmacies offer to the patient to hold the order until the next date they are able to order.
If the order can be amended to have less products, and therefore keep the patient within their monthly limit, we expect the pharmacy to edit the patients order (with their consent) and update it to allow for the medication to be dispensed.
If a patient prefers to cancel the order, and re-order when the month clocks over, just tag us in the chat with @honahlee so we can cancel the order for the patient.
