When you place an order with a pharmacy with your initial script and they dispense your medication, the original script (called a token) now becomes invalid. The pharmacy then can, and with Scripts by honahlee, does send you the new/remaining prescriptions (repeat token(s)) back via text or email.
If you didn't receive them, you can always pop back into your old order and tell the pharmacy that you have not received your tokens. That's the fastest way to get your tokens back.
Also important to know that on Scripts, if your token has been dispensed we tell you with a yellow warning. That doesn't mean you cannot continue with the order - it does say you can continue. The message prompts you to "Speed it up" which allows you to enter your medicare card details and DOB. This will allow any pharmacy to activate your MySL (My Script List) aka ASL (Active Script List) which gives the pharmacy permission to see all your prescriptions and pull them down from the cloud.
So, you have two options - wait for the pharmacy to send you the tokens again, or proceed with the order and drop your Medicare details into one of the script orders (not all of them) so that the pharmacy you choose an get your tokens.
Please know that we'll be launching an eScript wallet by the end of 2024. This will allow you to get all of your prescriptions and repeats sent back to your wallet automatically once you've opted in.
